Jim's Mowing began as a one-man business in 1982, with $24 and a dedication to customer service; this business, eventually employed up to thirty subcontractors. Problems with maintaining high standards compelled Jim to try a number of different ideas, leading to the launch of the Jim's Mowing Franchise system in 1989.  Come along to find out how Jim created such a successful and profitable business.
